Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup crushed Roasted & Salted Macadamia Nuts
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Red Rock Macadamias 100% Australian Premium Macadamia Nut Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed Roasted & Salted Macadamia Nuts, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the macadamia mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little Macadamia Nut Oil.
- Fry chicken tenders for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favourite dipping sauce, and enjoy!
